Processing Time

All orders are processed within 3-7 business days depending on if it is a custom order or stock.
Think of this as our crafting queue; although we prep, pack, and ready your gear as fast as humanly possible.

During high-volume times (launches, holidays, when dice goblins strike, etc.), processing may take an extra day or two. If there’s any major delay, we’ll notify you.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Delivery times depend on your chosen shipping method and your location, but most orders arrive within:

  • U.S. Standard Shipping: 4–7 business days

  • U.S. Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days

  • International Shipping: Varies (7–21+ days depending on location, customs, dragons, etc.)

⚠️ Delivery timelines are estimates. Carriers occasionally experience delays, weather events, and mysterious cosmic anomalies beyond our control.

International Shipping

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number so you can follow your package like it’s the rarest loot drop in the land.

If you don’t see tracking after 3 business days, shoot us an email at Nerdnationco@gmail.com.

Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages

We wish we could teleport your order directly into your hands, but until we unlock that tech:

  • If your package is marked delivered but missing, please check with neighbors, roommates, building offices, or nearby hiding spots.

  • If it’s still MIA after 48 hours, reach out to us.

  • For packages in transit but delayed, we can help file a carrier claim.

Note: Nerd Nation is not responsible for packages stolen after delivery, but we’ll always do our best to assist.

Wrong Address Disclaimer

Please double-check your shipping info! If the address entered is incorrect and the order ships, we can’t guarantee recovery. If you catch the error quickly, email us ASAP and we’ll try to intercept the delivery like a stealth rogue.

Preorders & Made-to-Order Items

Some items may be preorders or made-to-order, which will include special timeframes on the product page. These items ship separately and may take longer due to fabrication or laser magic.
